Barrister Hapsat Abdullahi, the coordinator of European Union Rule of Law and Anti Corruption (RoLAC) in Adamawa State has been turbaned as Wakiliyar Doka Jimeta by the district head of Jimeta and Dan Isan Adamawa, Alh Muhammadu Inuwa Baba Paris amidst pomp and pageantry today.
Speaking shortly after he turbaned the new Wakiliyar Doka Jimeta, the district head of Jimeta said the gestured is a reward for excellence and dedication to a worthy daughter.

Baba Paris who spoke glowingly about the surfeit of exploits attained by the celebrant, said, she is a good example of womanhood urging her to up the tempo of her unparalleled services to humanity.
He also urged her to be dutiful, respectful and obedient to constituted authorities especially the state government, local government and traditional institution.

The traditional ruler thanked governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for the development strides in the state especially in Jimeta which he said has transformed the fortunes of the metropolis.
Also eulogizing the celebrant, the chairman of the occasion and former speaker of Adamawa State house of assembly, Hon. Muhammad Hassan Turaki thanked the district head of Jimeta for recognising a worthy daughter.
He said Hapsat Abdullahi is the most qualified person to be given such title because of her tremendous and selfless service to Jimeta community.
On his part, governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri who also felicitated with the celebrant said it was an honour well deserved.
The governor who was represented by Professor Maxwell Gidado, his chief of staff urged the celebrant to uphold the tenets for which she was recognized and honoured.

In her remark, the newly turbaned Wakiliyar Doka Jimeta, Barr. Hapsat Abdullahi thanked governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Lamido of Adamawa and the district head of Jimeta for the roles they played in the success of the event.
She pledged her unalloyed allegiance to the state government and the traditional institution.
Abdullahi particularly thanked governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his open and transparent style of leadership and the manner in which he pays significant attention on gender related issues.
