Adamawa based politician and philanthropist, Barr. Danladi Danasabe has extended deep felicitations and congratulatory massages to the FCT minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello over his selection as one of the recipients of the 2022 National Honours award by president Muhammadu Buhari.
President Muhammadu Buhari has last Tuesday conferred 447 Nigerians with various national honours awards for their commitment and dedication to nation building and meritorious service to the fatherland.
Danasabe averred that the national honours award of CON conferred on the FCT minister was well deserved and a true reflection of the patriotic and excellent contributions by the minister towards the development of the federal capital territory.
“The award of this prestigious national award on our son, Malam Muhammadu Musa Bello did not come to us by surprise knowing the patriotic and excellent contributions of the FCT minister toward the development of Nigeria’s federal capital territory and its people.
“Bello has brought a lot of innovations, excellence, prudence, dedication and an overwhelming anti graft disposition to turn around the fortunes of our capital city and made it a reference point amongst peers.
“History will remember Malam Muhammadu Musa Bello as the father of modern FCT who brought solid development through accountable, honest and dedicated leadership which engender a new realm of honest, frugal allocation and spending of the limited resources of the FCT in the most transparent manner.
“Such disposition led to massive infrastructural development that touches every nook and cranny of Abuja, a momentous feat that will remain phenomenal for many decades to come.
“As expected, Malam Muhammadu Musa Bello has again vindicated us that his no nonsense stance towards graft and corruption is inbuilt because despite the enormous resources and powers at his behest, he has remained unassumingly simple, humble and modest.
“We believe this momentous award is just a tip of the iceberg as it is our hope many of such rewards and opportunities await him over his patriotic and dedicated services to the fatherland,” Danasabe said.
