Breaking: Abducted Adamawa journalist, Usman Umar Sahabi regains freedom
A journalist working with Adamawa Broadcasting Cooperation (ABC) Yola who was abducted by gunmen last Thursday has regained freedom.
Gunmen reportedly stormed the Journalist house at Wuro Chekke and abducted him in the wee hours of that fateful day.

Sahabi who is also the Chief of Staff to the speaker Adamawa State House of assembly was whisked away by the assailants who later demanded ransom.
The police command has vowed to rescue the Journalist alive and brought his perpetrators to justice.
The Public Relations officer of Adamawa State police command, SP Sulaiman Nguroje confirmed to our reporter in a phone chat that the Journalist has regained freedom.
