“It has come to our attention that on Thursday August 1st 2024, a group of people in Yola and Comfort Ibrahim of Adamawa state, were found making a false representation and staging a counter protest in the name of Women In Politics Forum and has appropriated its logo for personal activities in Adamawa State.

” Women In Politics Forum continues to be a non-partisan Forum for Women which recognizes the marginalization of Women in Politics, decision-making and the importance of unity, regardless of Party affiliation, to give a voice to women in Leadership.

“We hereby issue a warning to Comfort Ibrahim and all persons making a misrepresentation of Women In Politics Forum to desist; withdraw every publication and communication; and issue a national apology within the next 24 hours.
