The senator representing Adamawa south senatorial zone, Binos Dauda Yaroe, has lauded At Tarteel Academy Jada for its fair contribution to the development of education in the state.
The senator who made the statement during the graduation ceremony of students in the school noted that he was impressed by the depth of the children in both the western and Islamic education.
He urged parents not to relent in supporting their children to attain education especially the girl child.
The senator also enjoined the children to remain steadfast in seeking for more knowledge and to ensure that they attain education to the fullest as it is the only route to success.
He told the children that he was born into a poor farming family but education has made him to attain enviable heights in the society culminating into his emergence as the senator representing Adamawa south senatorial zone, adding that it would have been impossible to attain his present height if he is not educated.
Highlights of the graduation include debates by students, recitation and dissection of some Quranic verses and drama presentations by the pupils.
