Abbo floors Amos, emerges Adamawa north senator again

Senator Ishaku Abbo has again emerged as the senator representing Adamawa south senatorial zone for the second time.

Abbo defeated his closest rival, Rev Yohanna Amos believed to be sponsored by governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri by scoring a total of 71,927 votes.

According to INEC, Amos emerged the first runner up by scoring 61,895 votes.
