Although the National Working Committee (NWC) meeting was initially scheduled for July 19, Adamu had planned it to prepare for the Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) sessions on July 18 and 19, respectively.

However, the fate of the meeting remains uncertain following Adamu’s sudden resignation.

Rescheduled Meetings and Internal Disagreements:

The APC had initially planned the NWC, Caucus, and NEC meetings for the previous week but was forced to reschedule them to July 17, 18, and 19 due to internal conflicts and political disagreements within the party.

Information privy to PBA acquired indicated that the NWC and the President’s meetings were postponed at the alleged request of Sen. Adamu.

Additionally, it was revealed that all NWC members are in agreement regarding the mandatory resignations of the National Chairman and the Secretary, Iyiola Omisore.
