LG polls: APC pegs N350,000 for chair, N60,000 for councillorship forms
Ahead of the local government election slated for 13 July, 2024 in Adamawa State, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has pegged the nomination and expression of interest forms for chairmanship and councillorship position for N350,000 and N60,000 respectively.
But women and persons living with disability will pay half the amount, according to a statement made available to newsmen by Mr. Mohammed Abdullahi, the state publicity secretary of the party.

Other associated costs according to the spokesman of the party include, party development levy and local government clearance.
Chairmanship aspirants are expected to pay N10,000 as party development levy while councillorship aspirants will pay half the amount.
In the same vein, aspirants vying for chairmanship positions will pay N20,000 while councillorship aspirants will pay N5,000 as local government clearance.
According to Mohammed, the sales of forms will start between 10 – 14 June, 2024 adding that with the exception of local government clearance fees which is to be paid at local government headquarters, all other fees should be deposited into the party’s Zenith Bank Account No: 1013871968.
