Eid-ul-Maulud: Adamawa NUJ felicitates with Gov Fintiri, Muslim Ummah
The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Adamawa state Council has extended it’s warmest felicitations to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Government and the entire Muslim ummah in Adamawa state and beyond on the occasion of this year 2024,1446AH, EID-ul-Maulud celebration.

The union in particular, join it’s members of the pen profession in commemoration of this special day, which is the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
On this auspicious day, all people from the two divides should reflect on the Prophet’s life and strive to exemplify his virtues of Compassion, perseverance, love and understanding as well as seeking his intercession in prayers.
A statement jointly signed by the chairman of the union and his secretary, Donald Dedan and Fidelis Jocthan respectively urged the populace to engage in fervent prayers for more flourishing dividends of democracy as being experienced in Adamawa state under Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s leadership.
“All and sundry should be committed also in prayers as taught by the Prophet in the economic turn-around and stability of our great nation.
“The media should put Public interest first in their reportage and further harp for harmonious coexistence, welfare for public servants both in Government and private sector.
“Once again, Happy EID-ul-Maulud and may the peace and blessings of the celebration be upon all the good people of the state,” the statement noted.
