
New year gift: Dr Emmanuel Musa provides 100 streetlights @ hometown Kala’a
• Vows to complete electrification of Dilwachira town in record time; begins sand filling of Ahmadu Bello way, Mubi
Adamawa’s frontline entrepreneur and philanthropist, Dr. Emmanuel N Musa has promised to complete the electrification of Dilwachira, an over 200 year-old ancient town located in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
The project is being conducted with support from the Rural Electrification Agency (REA).

The agrarian community blessed with notable sons and daughters which hosts about 10,000 inhabitants has grappled with darkness since it came into being prompting Dr. Musa’s kind intervention.
During his visit to the town for inspection, the philanthropist vow to fastrack the project for the benefit of the teeming members of the community.
In the same vein, the philanthropist also provided 100 solar powered streetlights to his hometown in order to enhance the beauty and security of the town.
Musa enjoined the people to make maximum benefit from the streetlights noting that the provision of the lights apart from enhancing the beauty and aesthetics of the town will also curtail insecurity in the area.
In another vein, the philanthropist has also commenced the sand-filling of Ahmadu Bello Way, opposite the New Motor Park in Mubi.
During a recent visit, while engaging with his followers, Dr. Musa observed the poor condition of the road, despite the bustling commercial activities in the area. Recognizing the need for immediate action, he pledged to improve the road to enhance accessibility.
Mubi, a major commercial hub in Northern Nigeria, deserves such initiatives. “Not every issue requires government intervention; we can also contribute our best efforts,” Dr. Musa emphasized.
Today, members of the Emnamu Foundation in Mubi have begun implementing the project, with trucks delivering hardcore and sand to complete the work.
Dr. Emmanuel N Musa has become a household name in Adamawa State and beyond for his audacious humanitarian interventions. In the last five years, the philanthropist has provided hundreds of houses to widows, orphans and the less privileged members of the society.
In addition, he has also provided skills to thousands of youths, women and PLWD, provided relief package to people afflicted by insurgency and natural disasters and scholarships to thousands of students among many other interventions he provided through the Emnamu foundation.
