
Eid-el-Kabir: NUJ greets Gov Fintiri, Muslim Umma
The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Adamawa state Council has extended it’s heartfelt felicitations to Adamawa state Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, His Deputy, Professor Kaletapwa George Farauta Speaker and Lawmakers, Members of the state Executive Council, emirs and Chiefs, the entire Muslim Community as well as good people of Adamawa state on this of Eid al-Adha.
As our fellow Muslim brothers offered sacrifices and prayers, the NUJ reminds the Ummah on the significance of the special religious festival which is reaching out to less privilege, fostering a sense of unity and goodwill to the needy.

“Your devotion holds immense power at this solemn moment. Therefore, your prayers should focus on unity of purpose among the heterogeneous cultures in the State so as to protect the prevailing peace in our dear State.
“Let’s collectively pray for our dear Governor, Government and the entire citizenry for a more flourishing democracy as being demonstrated by the present administration under Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
“Our supplications should also include; the safe return of Nigerian pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bountiful rainfall and security.
“May the Holy season bring good tidings to us as a people and our dear State.
