Jada hails Atiku for donating a befitting secretariat to ADC in Adamawa
A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa State, Umar Bello Jada, popularly known as Calculate, has expressed deep appreciation to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar for his remarkable support to the party through the donation of a state of the art state secretariat to the party.
This paper reports that Waziri Adamawa, Atiku Abubakar, recently handed over the former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) State Secretariat in Yola to the ADC for use as its new administrative headquarters in Adamawa.

The gesture has been described by party stakeholders as a major leap towards strengthening the ADC’s political presence in the state.
Speaking on the development, Jada who also doubles as the Assistant National Organizing Secretary/Zonal Organizing Secretary of the party said, the donation reflects Atiku’s commitment to support democratic growth, inclusiveness, and multi-party participation in Nigeria.
He noted that the gesture goes beyond politics and should be seen as an investment in deepening the democratic culture of the country.
According to him, the facility will provide the ADC with a befitting work environment to coordinate its activities, mobilize supporters, and contribute more effectively to the political process in Adamawa State.
He assured that renovation work on the building would commence immediately to ensure that the secretariat is fully functional in the shortest possible time.
Jada, who is a strong grassroots mobilizer within the ADC, described Atiku as a true statesman and thanked him for extending goodwill to the party.
He stressed that the donation is not only timely but also symbolic of Atiku’s philosophy of building bridges across political divides.
“On behalf of the ADC family in Adamawa, we say thank you to the Waziri Adamawa, the Wazirin Duniya, for this unprecedented support.
“With the new state secretariat, the ADC is expected to strengthen its organizational structure and expand its influence across Adamawa State,” he said.
