Farauta presents ownership documents of 3-bedroom bungalow to coach Medugu

Adamawa State Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta has handed over letter of 3-bedroom bungalow gifted to the Super Falcons coach Justin Medugu by the state government.

Farauta who represented the letter in her office congratulated the super Falcons for leading Nigeria’s women’s football team to victory at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations

She said the presentation of the letter is in fulfillment of Governor Ahmadu Fintiri promise to the coach.

“The house is free from the state government to appreciate his coaching the lead to victory of super Falcons.

Receiving the letter on behalf of the coach who has been away on international assignment, Mr Aron Gowono, Special Assistant to the deputy governor on sports development said the coach has done the state and the nation proud.

Gowono thanked the state government for fulfilling their promise.

Earlier, Madugu, an indigene of Adamawa, was hailed by Fintiri for his role in the Falcons’ triumph at the tournament held in Morocco.

“Today, I was proud to receive Coach Justine Madugu, a true son of Adamawa and hero of Nigeria’s WAFCON 2025 victory.

“In recognition of his patriotism and brilliance, we have gifted him a 3-bedroom house and N50 million.

His success inspires our sporting renaissance,” Fintiri wrote on his handle
