ACF, LND fuse vow to ensure greater north, better Nigeria
Two foremost northern Nigeria pressure groups, the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) and League of Northern Democrats (LND) have today fused in order to consolidate the pursuit of a greater north and better Nigeria.
Spokesman of the LND, Dr. Shehu Ladan who made the position shortly after the leadership of the two organizations met added that the North will be greatly impacted by the action of the two groups.

“ACF and LND have gone a long way to begin the journey of re-cementing and realigning the structures of the north politically socially and culturally.
“We are one we came together and we reached a common understanding that we will work together, we will collaborate we will ensure the common vision and mission of a greater north and better Nigeria is achieved,” he said.
The fusion of the two groups which consist of northern elites and erudite scholars is believed to be a step in the right direction to chart a new course for the North which is currently facing myriads of existential challenges including poverty, illiteracy, food and social insecurity.
