Adamu Kamale: A deputy anyone will desire to have

I came across this whitish grey head young man almost immediately he forayed into the murky waters of politics during the reign of former Governor Boni Haruna. Adamu Kamale, contested the position of the Adamawa State House of Assembly to represent Michika and won the election with overwhelming votes, that saw him in the chamber of the State Assembly and subsequently occupying the position of the Deputy Speaker.
He thereafter seek to represent the Michika/ Madagali Federal Constituency and convincingly won and was at the green chambers of the National Assembly for four years. He proved his mentle with good representation where the people of the Constituency ever got the dividend of democracy in the political history of the areas that made up the Constituency since the advent of the nascent democracy in 1999.

I am therefore not surprise with the candidate of the All Progressive Congress for Adamawa State Alhaji Ahmed Tijjani Galadima, picking him as his deputy for the gubernatorial election of 2027. Hon. Adamu Kamale, is an all rounder in the arts of politics and as such, Ahmed Tijjani Galadima, the gubernatorial candidate of the APC has made the right choice of who will assist him in steering the ship of governance of Adamawa State in 2027.
Hon. Adamu Kamale, possessed an extraordinary political instinct, a sharp mind and ability to read people and stark situations. If circumstances demanded firmness, he could be firm and one thing going for him is he understand the power of conversation, persausion as well as human relationship especially in politics.
I saw firsthand the deep affection and love with which the people of Michika regarded him while serving them as their representative at both the State House of Assembly and the Federal House of Representatives.
His years of national service constitutes a remarkable chapter in the evolution of the present republic, defined by consequential decisions, ambitious commitment and deep engagement with his people.
Therefore his choice as the running mate of the APC’s candidate Ahmed Tijjani Galadima, is a testament to the depth of his experience as a grassroots politician and his broad contributions to public service in the last two decades.
As a politician, whenever he speaks, you could clearly see the depth of his thoughts as well as the clarity of his expression, and the vastness of his knowledge towards serving the people. His tenacity in serving his people informed his perspective and shaped the way he interacted with the people.
With a style unique to his poise, the politician become a figure in Michika and surrounding towns, a hero who symbolises kindness and devotion. As the train of Ahmed Tijjani Galadima, blare it’s horn with Adamu Kamale, at the back, it’s expected that the train would reach it’s destination successfully.
As the election season approaches, the people of Adamawa State should use the opportunity to reflect, learn and do the needful to enthrone this young man and his principal on the seat at Dougerei Government House, Yola.
