Binani’s guber ambition boosted as LP candidate, Otumba steps down for her

 

Less than a week to Governorship and State Assembly Elections, candidate of Labour Party in Adamawa State, Alhaji Umar Mustapha Madawaki, Otumba of Ekiti, has collapsed all his party structures to the candidate of All Progressives Congress APC, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani.

He disclosed this today Sunday, while addressing a Press Conference at Digital Hall, Yola town. He called on all his supporters across the state to support APC candidate in the forthcoming elections.

“I have decided to put all my political ambition momentarily on hold and fully support the gubernatorial aspirations of Distinguished Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani of the All Progressives Congress. APC.

“I am confident that Binani will provide a people-centered leadership that will prioritize human capital development, social development and resources development that will eventually prosper Adamawa State and bring it to place of genuine and sustainable growth and development,” he said.

In her remark, the gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress APC Adamawa State, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani described the decision of the Labour Party candidate to support her aspirations as a welcome development.

She said the day marks a turning point for APC ahead of the March 11 guvernorship and house of assembly elections in Adamawa State.
