The Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has urged the police and other security agencies to immediately arrest, investigate and prosecute the Adamawa Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) Barr. Hudu Yunusa Ari for planning a civilian coup against a democratically elected government.

Adamawa State Chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council, Bello Babajo disclosed this to newsmen while calling on the people of Adamawa to continue to maintain peace and wait for the official declaration of the winner of the governorship election in the state.

Babajo advised the National chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to save Nigeria’s Democracy by doing the needful regarding the election results in Adamawa State.

He however called for the Electoral umpire to immediately continue the collation of the remaining ten (10) local government as Adamawa residents are patiently waiting for the right thing to be done.

The IPAC chairman said they will not sit and watch Barr Hudu Yunusa destroy the peaceful coexistence of the good people of Adamawa State.
