Fintiri felicitates with Muslims @ Eid el Kabir
Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, extends warm greetings and felicitations to all Muslims in Adamawa, Nigeria, and around the world on the joyous occasion of Eid el Kabir.
A statement by the chief press secretary to the governor, Humwashi Wonosikou said Eid el Kabir, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, is a significant celebration in the Islamic calendar.

“This day reminds us of the importance of selflessness, sacrifice, and unwavering faith in our lives,” he said.
Governor Fintiri acknowledges the profound spiritual significance of this occasion and recognizes the immense contributions of the Muslim community in promoting peace, unity, and progress in Adamawa State.

The Governor commends the resilience and steadfastness of the Muslim faithful, especially during these challenging times, as they continue to demonstrate love, compassion, and generosity towards fellow citizens.

“As we celebrate Eid el Kabir, I urge Muslims in Adamawa State to deepen their commitment to the principles of peace, unity, and harmonious coexistence,” he added.
While emphasizing the need for religious tolerance, understanding, and respect for one another’s beliefs, Governor Fintiri encourage Muslims to use this festive occasion to foster stronger bonds of friendship, love, and compassion within their families, communities, and the entire state.
“On behalf of the Government of Adamawa State, I extend my heartfelt prayers and best wishes to all Muslims, not only in Adamawa but across Nigeria and the world. May Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala accept our acts of worship, grant our prayers, and bless us with abundant happiness, prosperity, and good health,” he added.
The Governor appealed to all citizens to use this auspicious period to rededicate themselves to the service of humanity and to contribute selflessly towards the development and progress of Adamawa State.
