EMNAMU foundation flags-off distribution of food to 30,000 Adamawa residents
The president EMNAMU foundation Dr Emmanuel Musa has called on well meaning Nigerians to always put into consideration the plight of the vulnerable especially now that the world is faced with economic challenges.
Dr Emmanuel Musa was speaking while flagging up the distribution of food and non food items for the 21 local government areas held in Kalaa Hong local government.
He noted humanitarian services is the basis on which EMNAMU foundation was established to ensure that vulnerable people and the less privileged in the society are well taken care of.
Since it’s establishment some years back the founder Dr Emmanuel Musa was able to live up its obligations in meeting the needs of the vulnerable and the society as a whole.
It has been part and parcel of the program in the calendar of the foundation’s to intervention yearly in the lives of the vulnerable in the areas of food and non food items.
The 2023 food and non food items with the theme advancing a common humanity our responsibility is timely considering the hardship imposed on the people as a result of subsidy.
The items distributed are rice, maize, vegetable oil spaghetti spices while non food items including bags of cement, roofing zinc, mattresses, wrappers all for distribution to vulnerable and flood victims across the state.
The president EMNAMU foundation Dr Emmanuel Musa represented by Dr Akaka Wesley said the gesture is to bring succour to the people considering the current hardship experiencing in the country.
He expressed his commitments to the work of humanity and called on well meaning Nigerians to contribute to the work of humanity geared towards giving them sense of belonging.
The District head of Hong who is also Dan Maliki Adamawa Babangida Mahmud said the Humanitarian intervention of Dr Emmanuel Musa is being measures and called on other sons and Daughters of the to always work for humanity as it attract blessings.
The national coordinator EMNAMU foundation Kukuya Godwin Kalaa said the exercise which targets 30,000 beneficiaries across the 21 local governments.
He maintained that the founder is committed to the plight of the vulnerable in the society and called on members of the volunteers across the 21 local governments to ensure that items are delivered to the real beneficiaries.
The representatives of council chairmen of Gombi and Hong lauded the effort of Dr Emmanuel Musa for giving his life for humanity and pray God to reward him abundantly.
Some of the beneficiaries in an interview thanked Dr Emmanuel Musa for always coming to their plight noting that the items will help them greatly.
