Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri felicitates with Muslims on the occasion of this years Eid-El-Maulud commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

A statement by the governor’s chief press secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou said “On this joyous occasion of Eid-el-Maulud, I extend warm greetings and felicitations to all Muslims in Adamawa State, Nigeria, and around the world; may this celebration bring you peace, happiness, and blessings.”

While commemorating this significant event, Governor Fintiri urged Muslims in Adamawa State to deepen their commitment to the principles of peace, unity, and harmonious coexistence.

“Let us embrace the spirit of love, compassion, and understanding, which are the foundations of our great state” he said.
During this time of reflection and gratitude, Governor Fintiri also appealed to all Muslims to offer fervent prayers for the peace and development of Adamawa State, adding that “Our state is known for its rich cultural heritage and diversity, and it is through unity and cooperation that we can achieve even greater heights.”
He also implored Muslims to pray for the unity and progress of the country,
Nigeria.
“Let us seek Allah’s intervention in sustaining the peace that Adamawa State is known for, and may our prayers contribute to the overall development and prosperity of our nation.
Once again, I wish you all a blessed and peaceful Eid-el-Kabir celebration. May the Almighty Allah accept our sacrifices, grant us His mercy, and bless us with continued peace and prosperity.”
