The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Adamawa State Sector Command, has extended warm congratulations to the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, on his conferment of an honorary doctorate degree by the University of Port Harcourt.

In a goodwill message signed by the Sector Commander, Corps Commander Abdulmaliq Dama Bello, the command praised Governor Fintiri’s exceptional leadership qualities and unwavering dedication to public service, which earned him the prestigious honorary Doctor of Science Degree in Public Administration.
