Adamawa FRSC felicitates with Gov Fintiri over honorary doctorate degree award by UniPort
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Adamawa State Sector Command, has extended warm congratulations to the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, on his conferment of an honorary doctorate degree by the University of Port Harcourt.
