We’re ready to host public service game – Adamawa HoS

The chairman local organizing committee (LOC) of the 44th public service game, Alhaji Shehu Isa Ardo said Adamawa state is fully ready to host the games.
Shehu Isa Ardo who is also the Head of Service of Adamawa state disclosed this today during and interview with journalists in his office.
” We are ready to host the games, a three man team led by the president of FESGA who are the organizers of the game Mr. Aluko Amabi was in the state to inspect the facilities on ground in the two venues in FCE and Makawada Stadium in Numan”
” They were very impressed with what they saw, all we need now is to put finishing touches to the facilities ”
Ardo also noted that that state is working with security agencies to make safety of all the contingents that will be in Adamawa state before, during and after the games.
The 44th edition of public service game will hold from the 8th to the 15th of this month and about 16 games are expected to feature during the one week event.
The games which brings together public civil servants from across the country to show their skills in various sporting events as part of efforts to keep them fit for proper service delivery.
The President of FESGA, Comrade Aluko Amabi who lead a strong three man delegation to inspect the facilities on ground in Yola and Numan had commended the state government for the state of preparedness for the games.
According to him “we are convinced that the state will put up a good masterpiece during the program based on what is on ground”.
The public service games holds annually, the last edition took place Rivers State last year.
