‎Speaking after the event, Haske said the scale of public support he witnessed surpassed his expectations and left him deeply humbled and speechless describing the moment as one of the most touching experiences of his life journey.

‎According to him, the sheer number of supporters who defied difficult conditions, including early morning rainfall, sanitation restrictions and the scorching Sahelian heat to identify with his aspiration was a powerful indication of the trust and hope the people have placed in him.

‎In an emotion-laden voice, Haske confessed that he struggled to find adequate words to convey the depth of his appreciation, noting that the goodwill shown to him was both inspiring and sobering.

‎“I was deeply and emotionally touched by the tremendous show of love and goodwill shown to me. As I was leaving Ribadu Square and saw the arena filled to capacity, I instinctively asked about Ribadu square’s carrying strength and was told it could contain about 50,000 people at a go,” he said.

‎According to him, that realization, struck him with immense emotional force.

‎“At that point, the reality of the goodwill extended to me hit me like a thunderbolt. I was overwhelmed. I could only pray to Allah to grant me the opportunity and strength to serve humanity more and to justify this confidence,” he said.

‎For Haske, the massive turnout was more than a political gathering; it was a profound statement of collective hope by the people of Adamawa for a new direction and paradigm shift.

‎He said the overwhelming support has strengthened his determination to pursue a people-focused agenda aimed at transforming the state’s social, economic and developmental landscape.

‎He pledged that if given the opportunity, he would dedicate himself fully to changing the fortunes of Adamawa, improving livelihoods and building a future that reflects the dreams of the ordinary citizen.

‎Haske particularly praised his supporters for their sacrifice and resilience, noting that their willingness to overcome environmental and logistical challenges just to be present at his declaration underscored the seriousness of their commitment.

‎“I can never thank my supporters enough,” he stated. “They came out despite the rain, sanitation lockdown and harsh weather. That kind of sacrifice can only be rewarded with sincere service.”

‎He prayers for Allah’s divine guidance and success, stressing that his ambition is not merely political but a mission to serve and uplift Adamawa State.
