Mamman called on Muslim faithful to extend such spirit of sacrifice, unity of purpose, dedication to the cause of humanity and show of love during the rest of the year.

While calling on all Muslims to internalize the lessons of sacrifice, endurance and human kindness, he noted that if well embraced, such virtues will ensure the enhancement of unity, cooperation and harmony across identified divides.

He called on Muslims to serve as bridge builders and precursors of healthy living by extending an olive branch to other Nigerians with whom they are cohabitating with, noting that Islam is globally acknowledged as a religion of peace.

“I wish to use this auspicious medium to extend my heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria for witnessing another milestone on completion of the 30 day Ramadan fast.

“In the last 30 days, our brothers engaged in extensive prayers, supplications, extension of love through alms, payment of levies (Zakat) and all forms of religious rituals.

“These acts must have strengthened the faith of all Muslims during the Ramadan period. Let them not rest on their oars by consolidating such noble acts of worship beyond the Ramadan period.

“I also urge our brothers to continue to pray for the peaceful coexistence of our dear nation. I urge Muslims and indeed all Nigerians to continue to accord this administration all the necessary support as it is working against all odds to ensure a prosperous nation for our children and the generation yet unborn.

“In the education ministry, we are taking solid reforms to reverse the dwindling fortunes of the sector. We are currently working to inject skills and vocational knowledge in all our secondary schools so that our students will be proficient in skills as well as literacy and numeracy.

“You could recall that Mr. President has just passed the student loan bill into law aimed at securing the future of our young ones regardless of their social status. It is my pervent belief that Nigeria will be the better for all these positive reforms being entrenched by the Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s administration,” he said.
