Adamawa police arrest 19-yr-old member of outlawed shilla gang
Adamawa State police command has disclosed the arrest of a 19-year-old suspected member of the outlawed criminal gang also known as Shilla boys in Yola and environs, Usman Muhammad.
The police has about three days ago paraded no fewer than 16 members of the criminal gang in its move to stamp out crime and criminality in the state.

The spokesman of the state police command, SP Sulaiman Nguroje the feat was achieved following continued manhunt of criminals in the state.
“Another 19 year old man identified as Usman Muhammed has been arrested following continued manhunt by the operatives of the Adamawa State Police Command on the activities of Armed Robbers spearhead by Radical Shilla Group.
“The suspect and one other, now at large, armed themselves with Sharp Cutlass attacked and robbed a 22 year old Loya Samson of her Handset.
“Interestingly, the Sharp Cutlass and the Handset were recovered and treated as Exhibit.
“The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, while expressing Happiness added that No hidden place for Criminals in Adamawa State, as Strategies to Checkmating Shilla activities emplaced in the state will be sustained,” the statement said.
