Calculate files N250m defamation suit against Adamawa commissioner, Bala Kalu

It may be recalled that a Magistrate Court in Adamawa State presided by Magistrate Musa Alhaji has remanded the politician in prison custody over a suit filed by Sadiq Wali and Adamu Mohammed Sadiq accusing Calculate of criminal defamation.

Speaking further, Calculate added that it was heart warming to witness the bevy of goodwill and unconditional support extended to him by thousands of people across Adamawa State and beyond noting that such show of comradeship told him that the masses are with him.

“That experience has really strengthened my resolve to work in the interest of the Nigerian people who are at the receiving end of bad leadership. That singular experience increased my global visibility, acceptability and reputation as thousands of people from all over the nation and even outside the country enlisted their support and decried my detention.
While enjoining the people to remain steadfast in the face of the looming anarchy hoisted by the ruling party, Calculate noted that the days of both PDP and APC in power are numbered.

He expressed optimism that very soon, ADC in Adamawa State will become the major beneficiary of the fake promises made by the governor to some budding and aspiring politicians in the state.

“Very soon we are going to benefit abundantly from the fake promises made by the governor to some aspiring politicians that he will back their governorship aspirations. As at the last count, the governor has made such promise to no fewer than ten politicians and only one out of them will be anointed.

“Our party will be the major beneficiary of the implosion that will greet PDP when the governor finally select one among those whom he promised to anoint as successors,” he said.

He urged the people to remain steadfast and resilient in the coming days adding that removing a sitting government usually comes at a stratospheric price.
