Night raids: Adamawa police intensify surveillance in Yola community
The Adamawa State Police Command has intensified patrols and night surveillance in Kofare-Agric general area over alleged consistent night raids by hoodlums, a statement by the commands image maker, SP Sulaiman Nguroje said.
He said in response to the call for more security in the area, the commissioner of police, CP Dankombo Morris has ordered increased patrols in the area.

“The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, reassures residents that the command remains fully committed to the protection of lives and property across the state.
“In response, night patrols have been intensified with the deployment of additional operational teams to strategic locations within the area to deter criminal activities.
“While investigation into the reported incidents is ongoing, proactive security measures have been strengthened in collaboration with sister security agencies and community stakeholders.
“Members of the public are urged to remain calm and continue to provide timely and credible information to the Police through established channels,” the statement said.
